Yes! today has really made me think and want to learn more.” What has been the most useful thing about today? “Hearing that people agree and have similar opinions even though they have different faiths.
Before this workshop, I mostly learned about religion from textbooks or social media. Hearing students from different faiths explain what their beliefs actually mean to them was really eye-opening. It made me realise that many religions share the same core values like kindness and respect.
I really liked the workshop because it was very educational. I also liked hearing about other religion’s views because I’m a Christian.
The most powerful part was realising how much misunderstanding comes from not talking to each other. The workshop didn’t erase differences, but it taught us how to respect them. That’s something I think our generation really needs.
